Tim Frogley
Managing Director
Tim founded Pulsar and was previously Founder and Managing Partner of Emerge Capital Partners, an independent investment and advisory business focused on real estate and infrastructure. His work spans principal investment and corporate finance, including transactions across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He brings experience in real estate, healthcare, energy transition, infrastructure and private equity.
Sofia Saladino Straub
Corporate Services Manager
Sofia’s background includes government affairs, research and communications for public and private organisations. Her academic background is in communications and international relations. She speaks English and Spanish.
Helen Cornale
Financial Controller
Helen’s experience spans financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management across multiple jurisdictions, including relationships with auditors, tax advisers and financial institutions.
Charlie Nolan
Adviser
Charlie’s experience includes healthcare infrastructure, equity fundraising, M&A and debt advisory, with previous roles at Goldman Sachs and KPMG. He studied economics at Trinity College and is a Chartered Accountant.
Eamonn Prone
Adviser
Eamonn brings expertise in healthcare and aged care across Europe. He founded and previously served as CEO of Evergreen Care, an Irish nursing home group, bringing direct experience in care operations, acquisitions and the expansion of residential care capacity.
Helio Godefroy
Adviser
Helio’s experience covers healthcare and infrastructure investment, private equity and M&A advisory, including European healthcare development and financing. He speaks French, Mandarin and English.
James Crampton
Adviser
James has infrastructure investment, transaction and operational experience across Europe and North America. He holds a master’s degree from Stanford University.
